We love going to this pharmacy for all of our vaccines. It’s just so, so much better than going to a national chain pharmacy down the road. It’s super easy to schedule an appointment ahead of time online, and there’s never a wait of more than a few minutes at most if you do so. Nobody seems rushed, and they are more than happy to answer any questions along with giving good advice. There’s plenty of seating for when you need to fill out a form. It’s a great asset to the community to have this pharmacy here. I saw Rachel for 2 vaccines today (tDap booster and flu), and she was great. We’ll be back!

We arrived on time for our RSV vaccines, filled out the forms, and received our injections, all in just a few minutes. I was told that the RSV vaccine is a once in a lifetime shot, so I won't need to get it again. This is my favorite place to get my vaccines. I sign up online, and never have to wait more than a minute or two! Excellent service from this pharmacy! Thank you. Thank you!

Went in for a scheduled COV booster and flu shot, to buy some OTC, and pick up prescriptions. No wait for the vaccines, easily found inexpensive generic OTC meds, interesting wine and beer selection, and one of those monster tree plants every Home-Design magazine seems to have in every other picture. What I love most is that there aren't a thousand options for every med: there are one or two brand names, and one or two generic options, and pricing is transparent. Bye, bye, Walgreens!

My husband and I went for Covid booster shots, and enjoyed meeting nurse Rachel. What a gal! Neither one of us even FELT the needle, which I find amazing. Not even the initial puncture. I wanted her confirmation that the vaccine actually went into my arm! Always pleasant going in to North Shore Pharm. I love that it's an independent, and whoever is working has always been very helpful. Eve ordered an item for me from Amazon and phoned when it arrived.

Online appointment for vaccinations was easy to schedule. Leave time to fill out their form. Make sure to have all of your insurance information: Member ID, PCN, Rx VIN, and Group#. After that everything was very smooth and efficient. I did not even feel the jabs and was in and out in about 15 minutes.

For decades, I’ve been picking up my prescriptions at either CVS or Walgreens just because of habit. Those interactions were always so spotty. The team members were very clearly under supported, overworked, and grumpy! I just recently was made aware of North shore pharmacy recently and switched over to them for all pharmacy needs. I am blown away at the customer service, the organization, the positive atmosphere! I can see why they have such a high ratings. Highly recommend.

What a great experience! I was able to receive my flu shot here several months ago and the process was super quick, easy, and painless. They even had a private immunization room to provide the shot! I decided to visit them again a couple days ago to get a rapid COVID test and had yet again another great experience. I was able to easily book online and they came out to my car to administer the test - really efficient and felt safe 100% of the time. It's great to see that they are giving the building a substantial facelift. They really seem to be invested in improving the Shorewood community.

Update 8/17/21: I received both doses of my covid vaccine here! It was easy to schedule online and the appointments were quick. They have the Pfizer vaccine currently. They will ask you to wait about 15 minutes in the store to ensure your safety after getting the vaccine. I've also used their rapid testing before a wedding too! Scheduling online was a breeze. You pull into one of their marked parking spots, call the phone number listed, they swab you in the car and bring out your results in about 15 minutes! Their remodel expanded the front waiting area and definitely modernized the look. Great selection of wine and beer. Older review: I got my flu shot from pharmacist Kyle yesterday here!! He processed the flu shot through my insurance quickly and efficiently. Also, while waiting I purchased a couple Melissa & Doug toys for kids! And of course, some wine from their new wine selection! Most of the wine bottles are under $20. They have a good selection of OTCs, including CBD oils. There are signs up that they will soon be renovating the exterior and entrance to have a more modern look. Overall a great experience! If you are looking personalized pharmacy experience- this is the place to go! The staff makes an effort to know their customers and clearly cares about them!
